July 15 changes

* Fixed issue with the scoreboard not bumping the second score down (might still be wonk, lemme know if you notice anything)

* Staggered fish spawn times to hopefully have more randomness in fall pattern

* Slowed game speed increase time, not quite back to where it was previously but close

* Catching a gold snake now awards 25 points to score

* Fish are now worth double score when game reaches max speed (but not gold snakes)

* Fixed minor issue with cost displaying even after you purchased an item
